Items in stock will typically ship out in 2-3 business days.


2. RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY, CANCELLATIONS

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

Return Policy 

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 7 of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) and the same form as the original payment type. Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.

In case following conditions are not met BlingVogue.com reserves the right to charge 15% restocking fee or refuse the return.

- the items must be returned for refund or exchange within 7 days of original purchase

- contact BlingVogue (info@blingvogue.com) for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).

- items and packaging must be received in new condition

- the original manufacture's packaging must not be damaged 

- packaging must include all original items, manuals etc.

- Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box

Before returning package you need to contact BlingVogue.com to receive Return Authorization Number (number to be placed on returning package). You can use phone number listed below or e-mail info@blingvogue.com. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. Order cancellation request, will result into a direct/flat deduction of 25% from your ordered item amount.

If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a merchandise refund. See our Return policy.
